- Initial checking of the various visa applications that may be assigned from time to time.
- Checking of Documents of the clients before endorsing them to the designated team.
- Work closely with the team Supervisor with regards to reporting the status of the applications before submitting them to the team Manager for validation.
- Helping and Assisting the team concerning the collection of documents.
- Communicate with clients if there are any other concerns about their applications.
- Engage with supervisor and internal teams.
- Data entry of all information of the clients using required software and tools.
- Managing and Collecting documents such as legal and/or government-related application forms.
- Preparing and completing Canadian government application packages and forms before submission to Supervisor for checking.
- Attention to detail in entering all pertinent information to ensure accuracy.
- Create presentations, reports, and corporate communications using Microsoft office tools.
- Update new entries and existing records and databases with commercial, financial, and other data.
- Filling, Scanning, proofreading, and photocopying to ensure compliance in document submissions.
- Ongoing research on relevant topics on immigration and settlement.
- Handle legal/government documents with the utmost privacy and integrity.
- Work to ensure delivery schedules are met for a variety of internal management reports.
- Open to any other ad-hoc requests from the Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $33,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
